Instrument dedicated to the wine industry and in general to alcoholic solutions, for the determination of alcohol in the agri-food sector.

Heating system able to guarantee, in an exceptionally short time, the extraction of alcohol from the matrix in which is dissolved. The sample matrix can be of any type, being the “distillation vessel” instrument open”, a condition that greatly simplifies the sample preparation steps and the washing and cleaning a distillation completed. The instrument is equipped with a double distillation system regulated by microprocessor and driven by the membrane keyboard, where it is possible to select ALCOL I distillation for poor liquid matrices of ions (100% of the current flows through the electrodes) or ALCOL II (70% of the current flows through the electrodes) for dense or semi-solid matrices rich in ions. All perishable parts are easily accessible and replaceable too from unskilled personnel thus simplifying ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations.
The supporting structure of the instrument, completely in 1.5 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel, keeps it always in perfect functional and aesthetic conditions.
Distillation times:
Alcohol: about 4 minutes (approximate time to distil 100ml of alcohol solution); about 6 minutes (approximate time to get 200 ml of alcohol solution)

The initial supply includes the kit for starting the instrument made up of n. 2 flasks of 100 cc., 1 flask from 200 cc, n. 2 distillation compartments, anti-foam dispenser, lime milk dispenser, n. 2 plastic pipettes, chemical products for distillation and miscellaneous fittings.
The instrument is supplied complete with an Italian manual.
